  • Continuing Education Credit

  • Please tell us what type of continuing education credit you will be requesting and provide your license numbers. For legal credit, please include the 2-letter state abbreviation in front of your identification number (example: NY1234567). If you have multiple states, simply separate each entry by comma (example: NY1234567,NJ1234567).

  • The conference offers up to 16 hours of continuing education credit.

    The following credit will be requested in all states: legal, accounting, CFP®, CTFA, EA and PRP (including one hour of ethics credit, where applicable) for Monday, October 21st, Tuesday, October 22nd and Wednesday, October 23rd. The program will not be filed for insurance credit. NAEPC does not file the program for legal specialization credit - please contact our office if you require this type of credit so we can investigate its availability. Individual states and governing bodies, coupled with your attendance and participation in attendance tracking, determine the total number of hours and type of credit awarded. License numbers are required on-site to receive credit. Approvals begin to arrive 1-1/2 to 2 months prior to the conference and will continue to do so until the event begins; a link to approval information will be posted on our website.

    Continuing education credit is administered by the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA).

  • Cancellation / Transfer

    A request for a cancellation / transfer must be received via email to conference@naepc.org. A full refund for a cancellation will be granted if notice is received on or before September 20, 2024. Those who cancel between September 21, 2024, and October 4, 2024, will forfeit a $200 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted after October 4, 2024 for any reason; requests to transfer registration to another individual will be accommodated.

    The National Association of Estate Planners & Councils (NAEPC) is committed to providing all participants at our events with an inclusive and professional environment where they feel comfortable. These events include, but are not limited to: educational conferences and supplemental activities or programs included as a part of these events; webinars; and virtual and in-person board and committee activities and meetings; or presentations before local councils or to other organizations when speaking on behalf of NAEPC.

    Participants, who include attendees and their guests, volunteers, vendors, staff, and all others, are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is welcoming, respectful and free from any form of discrimination, harassment, or retaliation. Disruptive or harassing behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. Participants asked to stop such behavior are expected to comply immediately.

    Participants at in-person events who feel unwell or exhibit signs of illness are asked not to attend the event or portions thereof.
